Dr. Scott W. Mosser, MD, FACS is the founder and president of Destination: Hope International Medical Missions. Since high school, he knew that one day he would be involved in cleft lip and palate repair volunteer efforts. With the help of the Salesforce.com Foundation, he launched Destination: Hope in 2009.
Dr. Mosser has a thriving plastic surgery practice in San Francisco, CA. He earned his undergraduate degree at Trinity University in Biochemistry and his MD from Baylor College of Medicine. Between his undergraduate and medical school studies he was a Fulbright Scholar to Ecuador. Dr. Mosser is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgery and the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Mosser is also fluent in Spanish.
When he’s not pouring his heart and soul into Destination: Hope, he is an avid adventure traveler throughout the world and urban adventurer within the city of San Francisco.

Tom R. Jackson, CPA joined the accounting firm DZHPhillips, LLP as a Director in December 2011. Prior to that Tom was a Tax Partner for 14 years in a local San Francisco firm and prior to that ran his own firm for 6 years.
Tom has 27 years of experience in a wide variety of tax and accounting issues, working with everything from small start-ups to publicly-traded companies. He is experienced in tax saving issues that affect individuals, S corporations, C corporations and partnerships. He has been successful in defending many clients in IRS disputes and in negotiating employment agreements and shareholder buyouts and is well versed in multi-state and consolidated tax return issues.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs

Dan Darcy is Vice President of Technical Product Marketing at salesforce.com. He travels the world evangelizing the message of the Social Enterprise with Marc Benioff, CEO and Chairman of salesforce.com and leads one of the most innovative teams developing customer solutions and real-use cases with the latest technology.
As a native San Franciscan and Santa Clara University Alum, Dan has a large community network that helps fuel his aggressive fundraising efforts. In 2010, Dan raised over $180,000 in just 10 weeks to fight blood cancer and was nominated as a candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 2010 Man of the Year Campaign. Dan is passionate about his community and giving back to those in need.
In his spare time, you’ll find Dan on the field playing sports, exploring the city or in the Russian River pouring wine at his family owned business Cleary Ranch Vineyards. Dan lives in Pacific Heights with his wife Kim and their dog, Henry.
Dr. Huang is a board certified anesthesiologist practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a medical degree from The George Washington University. He received his anesthesia training at the University of Pennsylvania with pediatric training at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Huang has nearly three decades of experience in medical informatics and mobile computing. He co-founded Shareable Ink, a company specializing in assisting healthcare providers transition to electronic medical records. Prior to this venture Dr. Huang worked at Apple, where he focused on the healthcare market. Dr. Huang was also an early stage employee at PatientKeeper, one of the first companies to develop mobile computing solutions for physicians.
Dr. Huang is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served as a flight surgeon assigned to the U.S. Marine Corps where he accumulated 100 hours of flight time in the F/A-18. In addition to missions with Destination: Hope, Dr. Huang participated in a week long mission to Haiti, 10 days after the 2010 earthquake. Formerly, he was a Board Member for the American Red Cross, Golden Gate Chapter.

Rich Menendez has lead, founded, or co-built multiple technology and service businesses, most recently as VP Operations of One Medical Group. Rich co-built this healthcare services company from the ground floor to over 200 employees, 15 sites, across 4 cities. Rich is most proud and enthusiastic about building strong, passionate teams that deliver excellent service in a fun/engaged work environment. Previously Rich has held roles of VP Engineering/Operations, and President at technology and internet companies in Silicon Valley.
Rich’s latest venture is still in stealth mode, but will be launching to the public towards the end of 2012. Rich has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
Stanley Anderson has over 25 years of technical, sales, marketing and management experience with leading companies such as Intel Corporation, Hewlett-Packard and Silicon Graphics. Mr. Anderson’s professional experience includes a broad spectrum of functional areas including Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales and Business Development, Strategic Alliance & Partner Management, Channel Management, Channel Strategy, and Sales. He has served in an executive capacity delivering strategic, operational, and tactical channel management in support of over $1.2B in annual revenue while driving over $500M in sales. Additionally, Stanley has several years of sales and marketing consulting experience, where he assisted a number of companies in refining their sales, channel, and market approaches.
Stanley led a team that developed and executed a computer-based contact management and revenue tracking system for UNCF for which he received the Meritorious Service Award. He served on the board of directors for Big Brother/Big Sisters of San Francisco and the Peninsula and later joined the Alameda County advisory board for Pacific Gas & Electric. He has also served as a Black Alumni of MIT board member including a stint as Treasurer.
Stanley grew up in Chicago but after spending formative years in the Midwest and South, decided that after college in the East it was time to head West. Stanley holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley with a concentration in marketing and strategy planning and a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a joint major in electrical engineering and writing & literature. In his spare time he dabbles with high end audio, home theater, and works at improving his No Limit Hold’em skills.
Catherine is the Founder and CEO of Digitory Legal, a startup software company that provides easy-to-use legal budgeting solutions for lawyers and clients. Prior to founding Digitory Legal in April 2015, Catherine was a Litigation Partner in the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Catherine has more than fifteen years of experience helping Fortune 500 and technology companies navigate every stage of litigation. Catherine has represented companies in a wide variety of litigation, including: arbitrations, commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, products liability, securities actions, and white collar criminal cases. Catherine’s specialty – and her passion -- was trial practice, and she has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict..
Before joining Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in 2003, Catherine was an associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York and Palo Alto. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998 and is admitted to practice in California and New York.
Catherine has two young children and is deeply committed to mentoring working parents. During her time at Orrick, Catherine founded the Parents’ Forum, a community devoted to improving opportunities for working parents.
